The San Luis Resort Spa & Conference Center

Customer service was great and the Christmas trees and Holiday decorations on the lobby level were fantastic! Great place to visit over the holidays! We loved the restaurants on the property and the resort style pool was awesome. The entire pool was heated (which we were not expecting) and they had a swim-up pool bar that was open until 1am Mon-Thurs, and 2am on the weekends. They also have a hot tub and fire pit and good music playing around the pool area. We had a balcony facing the beach on the seawall and pool which was awesome. Our room was quiet and even though the pool was below us, we could not hear the music from the pool which is just how you want it to be. Overall, the The San Luis Resort Hotel was in a great location and the restaurants in the resort and around the resort were also great. Great views of the city and beach from our room on the 14th floor. We look forward to going back!

Very close to the sea, Nice pool, Great restaurant choices & attentive service every time. They weren't operating a laundry service at the time but did me a favour because I'd run out of clean clothes! Thank you
